Matt has more than 10 years’ experience in biotech and serves as VP of Manufacturing overseeing Global Research Grade Operations, Clinical RNA and Protein Manufacturing, and Manufacturing, Science and Technologies, with previous roles within Aldevron overseeing Clinical and Commercial Plasmid Manufacturing Operations. Prior to Aldevron, Matt worked in cell therapy manufacturing operations, supporting multiple clinical and commercially approved therapies as well as working in diagnostic immunoassay development.
Tyler received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. His PhD work focused on enhancing nonviral gene delivery platforms for transfection of primary stem cells. Tyler joined Aldevron in March 2022 as an R&D Scientist, and is currently a Senior Scientist focused on designing, supporting, and advancing the Nanoplasmid® platform.
